About UP Board Allahabad: History :

An act of United Provinces legislative council set up the UP board Allahabad in 1921 and since then we have only excelled and flourished. The first ever examination conducted by us was 2 years later i.e. 1923. Till then, the only thing known about UP board Allahabad was that we were the examining body of the High School and Intermediate examination. The High School examination is the first public examination required to be undertaken by a student after 10 years of education. An additional two years of education qualifies a student to take the Intermediate examination.
